Prioritising Your Mental Wellbeing – why it’s important and what you can do

Join qualified trainer and life coach Brenda Pollack for her workshop “Prioritising Your Mental Wellbeing – why it’s important and what you can do”.

Life can be stressful and emotionally draining at times. That’s why it’s crucial to prioritise our mental health and wellbeing.  Women/non binary people can have a tendency to look after everyone else and put ourselves last. You will learn why good mental health is important and what steps you can take to help yourself and others. 

The workshop will encourage participation but you won’t be asked to input if you don’t wish to.

Booking: Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Please register on the day with a BWC volunteer outside the room where the workshop will take place.

*Our women only spaces at IWD are open to ALL self-identifying women.
