Join award-winning poet and performer Tessa Foley, for a celebration of feminist poetry through voice and performance in a safe space for all self-identifying women and non-binary people.
Individuals are invited to bring their own poems and/ or read from selected texts to build confidence whilst being supported by the group. With hints, tips and feedback on how to speak publicly in an expressive way this workshop is going to be great!
The heart of this session will be to come together, supporting each other through inspiring words and performance. If you are nervous about speaking, you are welcome to just listen and enjoy.
Booking: Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Please register on the day with a BWC volunteer outside the room where the workshop will take place.
*Our women only spaces at IWD are open to ALL self-identifying women.
