Whether you perform on stage or present online, stage fright affects even the most seasoned performers.

When the spotlight is on you, insecurities can rise to the surface – potentially preventing you from showcasing your gifts.

Professional jazz musician, María Adriana has facilitated personal empowerment for 30 years.

Using her signature playful, fun and embodied teaching style, and honing in on her own experience with performance anxiety, Maria has developed an easy and fun pathway for confident performing.

Maria brings cross-cultural diversity from her native country of Chile, having grown up in England.

María’s workshop will help you understand what makes your performance unique. By focussing on what you enjoy, you can increase your ‘happy hormones’ and feel more at ease when expressing yourself.
