This 45 minute session is suitable for all and will leave you feeling more grounded and centred.
I’ll guide you through movement and breath, so bring a mat and wear something comfy. This is a treat for mind and body, but don’t worry if you don’t know your ass from your asanas, you’ll be ready for the rest of your day.
