Sophie Gibson of Brighton Women’s Centre invites you to join our Open Space Discussion: What does it mean to be a Feminist in the twenty first century?

What is an Open Space event?

It is an interactive, inclusive and dynamic way of meeting to talk about complicated and difficult subjects.  In an open space, participants set the agenda. By inviting people to take responsibility for what they care about, we intend to establish a marketplace of inquiry, reflection, collaboration and learning. This is a space for anyone with a passion to be part of discussing, questioning and conceiving of how we take feminism forward.

Sophie has been a self proclaimed feminist for the past thirty years.  She currently works for BWC supporting service delivery for the women with complex needs.  She is married with two children and finds sanctuary in singing and running.
